My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm looking for a swag/pendant/hanging lamp that plugs into a wall socket. I want something bright or funky or kinda Boho for my craft/reading/tv den. Thanks!

    Julie, hi! This does have a cord that plugs into a socket, so it would be ready to hang in your craft/reading/tv den. We are, however, out of stock in red. We have white or yellow available though. Hope this helps!
