I was getting ready to make a post when I saw nobody picked up your post, and I'm certainly no expert, but I have a Chitload of moss around my hot, muggy property in Maryland. I have many sq. yards of a really cool one when looking down, looks like a photo of a pine forest shot from 5,000' ft. (Juniper Moss) I quickly grabbed a chunk and stuff'd it in a clay pot about three weeks ago - it took with little or no attention. It was a test. I want to rent a sod cutter and move it to a raised bed. Since you already have it ...you're not likely to take it back to CO. Just do it... Jim
