Cool, Kim. A local friend just gave me a cutting of it - it had cracked seed pods on it, as well as flowers. So, apparently it self-seeds pretty easily then. I've wanted to grow it for a while. I hope it creates those bullate / myrmecophile leaves. Does it, on your plant? Show us some pics.

For the seeds you do not mail off, if you want to germinate them yourself, they may have a limited shelf life. Hoya seeds certainly do, and Dischidia being a close relative, that may also be correct for that species.

Im late to the party but I’d love some seeds if youre still getting them!

So I came across this form while looking for seeds for this plant but can't seem to find any for sale. I've randomly searched online for over a year now and no luck.
