Green heuchera not thriving?

I bought 2 green heuchera about 3 years ago. They have not grown and actually are smaller than when I planted them. They are in dappled shade as are most of my other hercheras. Should I move them to where they get more sun. I would hate to lose them. So, what would you suggest?

Sorry, I don't know how to make it smaller to post.

What I have done to easily find the right spot is to put them in a pot so it is easier to move them around. When they begin to thrive then I know that is the spot to plant them in.

I had planned to pot them up. Not only can I give them more sun but also better
soil. I've done that with some other things. Others I've simply moved to a sunnier spot. I think I was looking for some insight into this particular heuchera but that isn't really necessary. Thanx, Barbara
