My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I found that for the first few years they would have leaves continuously, sometimes three at a time. After that they do have a period of dormancy but only one leaf at a time. Mine's gone into a longer dormancy than it had previously but the tuber still looks quite healthy.
Mine's Amorphophallus titanum from seed. The leaves have always been typical of A. titanum. It's the only Amorphophallus I know that has multiple leaves at some stage. Although, my Amorphophallus albispathus has developed a second leaf this year but I'm waiting for it to go dormant before checking whether the second leaf is coming from an offshoot tuber.
