My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

These were all taken during the past three days, mostly from this morning. My roses are doing pretty good, several others will be blooming soon. A few have low petal counts, but I know that's normal. I'm pleased they're doing as good as they are.

    great flowers! May I ask what the yellow one is in the group picture? My mother had somethign very similar, just darker, and I can't find it.
