My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Expensive hand made special order ceramic tile from California. 6-8 week order time. has a slightly off square quality and crackled glaze.


    It's best to hit your high quality tile supplier to see what they can order for you. Not all time companies will have the same sources.

    Yes that rings a bell.

    It's a nice buttery yellow. The whole kitchen is kind of buttery yellow plus some earthy shiny green fabric and stone .

    Unfortunately the hardware was on back order the week we did this shoot. Picture fancy swirly chrome door pulls.
