My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Aff.'s?

OK, so I'm a little confused on the meaning of the term "aff." (Hoya aff. Mindorensis, hoya aff. Erythrostemma etc.) If someone is offering an aff. Version of a plant, this means it is not that specific plant named but one that is so close to it it was given the same name but "aff." attached?

Someone please explain
