Your Rio is beautiful! I have Autumn Leaves (one of my best growing heurcheras and favourite) and that's what I really like about it's well - the changing colours throughout the year. It makes it so interesting, doesn't it, as you always have something new to look at! Here are some photos of mine.

Thank you Emily. It's just outside the canopy of a medium sized maple tree. It does get sun but not directly and moreso in the afternoon for a few hours. I like Autumn Leaves so much I just bought another one recently. I hope it does as well as the one I have.

Here is the same "Rio" two months later. It is always in bloom...I really like the white flowers. And as mentioned at the start the leaf colors continue to change:

Here is the same "Rio" plant as first seen in the first post but now in December.

It still hadn't succumbed to the colder temps as most all other perennials and see how red a tone it has taken on in the cool weather.

Beautiful! I would buy it if I saw it in a store. There's very little of these in the stores up here this Spring.
