My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! This project has a little bit of everything in it. We got the Oak from a local lumber company. Some of the rafters are from an old barn and the railings and balusters were collected from the property and hand crafted on site. Let me know if you have any questions.
