Bottom pic shows aphids. If you only have a few areas of infestation on a few plants, knock them off the plant with a stream of water. Be sure to check undersides of leaves carefully, especially any leaves that look crinkled or distorted. If more widespread on a lot of plants, maybe use an insecticidal soap spray. There are other options, if you are willing to use less organic methods. If you have a healthy ecosystem that includes ladybugs, lacewings, hoverflies, and other beneficials, and you only see a few aphids here or there, you can choose to leave them alone and just monitor them to make sure they don't start multiplying out of control.
