Forgot to ask are these big enough to put in the ground or do I pot them first? I'm in zone 4.

Those are very small young plants. If you pot them, the pots will have to be protected some way from freeze and thaw over the winter. Young plants do not always look like the mature plants, so you can't really compare them yet. Hopefully someone else will chime in here to help.

I have Georgia Peach. It has similar veining to your top one. I have Marmalade. I believe your bottom pic is the Marmalade.

Thank you all. I did send the pictures to Hostadirect customer service. They were great. They took the pictures to the nursery and compared the pictures to what was in the nursery. Come to find out there was a mess up and I received 2 marmalades and the plants should have had the tags attached to them. So they are sending me out a ginger peach.
