CASTILIAN - I am just lovin' this one I got from Hortico some yrs ago. Canera can't capture the true color tho. It's more of a dark burgundy with a yellow-cream reverse.

CHOCOLATE SUNDAE CL - another one I can't quite get that weird color right...

CITRUS SPLASH - what a wonderful recovery this one has done after being dug out of a waaaay too shady spot.

    CLASSIC BEAUTY

CLAUDE MONET - also happy in his new spot...

    DEVOTION

    DR BOB HARVEY

EDDY MITCHELL aka DARK NIGHT - also adjusting to being out of a pot and into his new spot...

    ENCHANTED EVENING

    FABULOUS

They are all beautiful, but I am so intrigued by Abracadabra! I don't usually go for striped roses, but I really love that one!

FIRED UP - I'm lovin' this one that took me 3yrs to get!!

    FRAGRANT CLOUD

GIRLS NIGHT OUT - this one is getting these weird smoky purply-burgundy shades that are really interesting. In reality it's a more "dusty-smoky" look than shows here.

    HONDO

This is an older J&P test rose that never got marketed. It was sent out in two yr's worth of test roses, so they must've like something about it, but never got it out in production for whatever reason. I dug this one out of a shady spot where itr did nothing for several yrs. It's now out in front of the house in a huge ceramic pot and it's really happy. The color is actually a bit more blendy than it shows here. Has an undertone of a lighter apricoty color. It actually came with a codename of JACcomag. I'm guessing COLOR MAGIC was a parent.

    JADE

    JUDY GARLAND

    KING'S MACC

    KOPPIES

    LA ROSE OPTIMISTE

Love the "pointy" petals of CADILLAC, CAROLINA GIRL is beautiful, but then. they all are. Thanks for posting your beauties.

L'AIMANT - dug this one out of the shady fence area last yr. So happy in it's new spot as well... (actually, this is my first bloom ever...)

    LAVANDE

LESOTHO PRINCE - finally... first bloom on the "real" plant from Ludwigs. They had sent me a lavender rose with a tag saying it was LP. Took the replacement awhikle to decide to bloom. I think I'm gonna love him!!

    LORISE

MALICORNE - another one happy to be out of the pot...

MARQUESE ORSOLA SPINOLA - she was a freebie from Arena Roses way back when...

MILESTONE - gettin' happy after a major pruning last month...

    MITSOUKO

    MOLINEUX

MONTE CARLO COUNTRY CLUB - waiting to go into the ground...

What a first bloom on L'Aimant. It's been on my list upteen years.
Monte Carlo Country Club is pretending he's a water lily.
Your older J&P test rose looks splendid. I swear your camera and my computer screen love each other. Some march right off into my heart.

A search for 'Our Anniversary' turned up a yellow rose instead of the lovely deep purply red.

No wonder, your post seemed short to me, this morning, seems I put my "foot" right into the middle. L'AIMANT -was the name of my first bottle of perfume, many..many years ago.

Irisgal OUR ANNIVERSARY is a Brad Jalbert rose I got from Palatine this yr. Not sure why it's not on HMF. Reds are not my favorite color class... but gotta have a few... Haha. This one is really gorgeous. I am so glad I ordered it. It's very difficult to photograph accurately. Very velvety purpley-red blooms. They actually were bigger and prettier in the pot early in the season. I think the plant is just getting accustomed to it's spot in the ground. Plus it's been HOT.

Hey Ingrida, that's ok. Takes awhile to get all these photos uploaded. I wish we could do more than 10 at a time.

I'm glad to hear 'Our Anniversary' is a gorgeous purpley red. I like it!

'La Rose Optimiste' looks to be a winner. Hope we see more of this one.

    Thank you Beth!
