I have seen a lot of people cut of the tap root. Several of mine came that way. You will need alcohol and a sharp blade and cinnamon, Clean the blade with alcohol for every cut you make. apply cinnamon to root after cutting, hang to heal for about a week. Then pot up. They have cut of all the roots and placed them on a disk so you get roots just around the edge this is called centipede decorated roots.
