I recently planted a foot long curry leaf plant bought from the local Indian grocery store. So far it doesn't seem to be doing very well. It is in a east facing spot so gets morning light. I also applied vitamin B1 solution in case the plant is in shock. It has been about three weeks since I planted this.

Can anyone recommend what else I can do to ensure this survives? I'm in Los Angeles area.
