Mosiac virus, rust, or both?

I'm growing Serpedor bush wax beans in containers this year - my first harvest is almost ready.

But just in the past 2 weeks, the plants have taken a downhill turn, as you can see by these leaves:

We've had a cool and wet summer here (even by PNW standards) and a pretty big aphid boom, so it's been a good environment for diseases to flourish.

1. Are these images enough to diagnose rust, mosaic virus, both (or neither)?

2. If it is a virus, do I need to pull the plants immediately or can I wait until the current beans are ready to harvest?

3. Any danger this will spread to other plants on my patio (I know other beans are in danger, but are tomatoes?)

Thanks for your help.
