It is Oncidium Sharry Baby and it usually has some of those tiny spots on the leaves. The theory is that it is caused by high light. Do not worry about it.

Oncidiums are annoying like that. I have a Sharry Baby and a tiny Twinkle (below), and they're both quite healthy ... but very prone to spots when they get lots of sun. I've kept them out of the sun to keep their leaves green and spot-free, but then they don't flower. I learned to live with the freckles.
