They really do look like dragon heads! I'm on the hunt for the dark orange variety :)

Still no fragrance yet on mine. The other cutting in the pot (the non-flowering one)has lost both leaves. Hope it recovers. I saw the pot was dry today, so it got a healthy drink of water.

Orange flowers? Never heard of it! You'll have to post a pic if you find it! Congrats on the flower, Brad. Mine have never had a fragrance that my nose can detect.

Brad, mine never give off even a hint of a fragrance. I have tried to the point of ripping one off and pushing it to my nose, lol, but no scent was detected. I guess that's why the blooms speak for themselves ! They stand alone !

very cool. I have a multiflora from Gardinos and the leaves look a but different than yours. It started growing this spring and put out a peduncle but all the little buds fell off!

Glad to know I'm not alone in not being able to detect a fragrance. Eugene/greentoe told me to wait a few days and then check for fragrance. I don't mind not having a fragrance since the flowers are stunning enough by themselves :).

I'll be having some fragrance here in the next day or so because my lacunosa var. pallidiflora is about to bloom! :D

Be sure to check at night. Mine has a fragrance, definitely. But only detectable in the evening, after the buds have been opened 3 or 4 days it fades away.
