Virtually never-fail varieties

I keep records of how well my daylilies bloom--how long they bloom and the impression of how spectacular they did. Here are my daylillies that have never failed to have at least a good year, most great years every year, including their first year with me or after a transplant. One exception: in 2007 we had a drought so bad that everything--trees, grasses, bushes even weeds were brown and died off, and it took til 2009 to recover.

Cultivar and how long I've owned it:

Vintage Wine, 25 yrs., Belle Isle Sentry 6, Purple Riot 6, Carmen Renee 5, South Seas 10, Sun King 13, Court Magician 11, Bittersweet Holiday 10, Kent's Favorite Two 8, Elizabeth Salter 8, Fiordiligi 6, Ciel D'or 10, Ethiopia 8, Russian Rhapsody 8. Beryl Quinn 9, Egyptian Ibis 9. I have a gold noid that I've had perhaps 45 years that also goes on this list.

Runners up: had one not so good year: Rocket City 8, Orange Velvet 8, Full Grown 8.
