Are you using some kind of gritty mix and what is the ratio?

Is this one you changed the fert schedule? In the heat you are having how and when do you water.

Is this in direct sun? When you look close at the under side of the leaf do you see tiny dots or where the leaf meets the stem do you see and dots or slight webbing?

I go two or three inches from the side of the caudex to pot edge for my small trees. Mine I am doing centipede roots do design latter.

I use 2/3 of potting soil with 1/3 perlite.

Yeah I stopped fertilizing all of them about 10 days ago.
Now I have to water every single day as the soil dries up so fast.
When I water, I made sure it goes through the bottom. The pots are 2" wide.
They are all in the greenhouse, about 90º during the day. Sun all day long.
Now that you mentioned it, I did see a few "webs" on it right before I took a picture. I figure it was from a spider.

Oh boy Stephane, I'm afraid it's a spider mites. They can do a lot of damage and infestation can spread fast. I didn't have to deal with them on my adeniums yet, but usually I'm getting it on my other plants when I'm overwintering them indoors. Neem oil with a little bit of soap should work, but I'd wait for experts opinion :). My plants don't have that problem when they are outside, but I'm actually worry about winter, pretty sure I'll have to deal with it! Keep us posted!

Hi Sound like you need Neem oil to spray no all you plants. Look at everything in the green house. I find if one has other will. You can put a little dish soap in the mix. it can help smother the bugs. but I just usually use neem oil. Spider mites can suck on the plant and make the leaves curl and change color.

I just took more pictures and it does look mites and webs under the leaves.
Like you said "oh boy" lol I'll see if other people can point me to the right direction as to what to do. I put that one outside away from the others. Meanwhile, I'll google it to see what I'm up against to.

Thank you guys. I just ordered some Neem Oil from Amazon and I'll get it this afternoon. I'll make sure to spray them in the shade.
I got rid of the annoying gnats so I'll kill those little suckers too hehe

Hi guys,
So I received the bottle of "NATRIA" Neem Oil from Amazon but then I read that this is not pure neem oil. So I ordered something else:

- Dr. Bronner's Fair Trade & Organic Castile Liquid Soap - (Unscented, 16 oz)

- Dyna-Gro Pure Neem Oil Natural Leaf Polish, 8 Ounces

I'll get those tomorrow and make my own mixture.
I have a question... Once you treat the adeniums with Neem Oil, do you just leave it on? No rinsing?

Make sure it dries before putting back in the sun. Once it is mixed with the soap you can keep it in a spray bottle for the next treatment. I have to shake the spray bottle for each use.

Hello guys,
So last night I sprayed this adenium with Neem Oil. This morning, it was all dry. I just went to check on it and now all the leaves are turning yellow and falling. Is this normal after neem oil?

What strength mix did you use?

I used this last night. I just sprayed all the leaves, top and bottom till the product was running off.

Did all the leaves fall off? A few years ago I used that full strength on a poinsettia to rid of spider mites, left overnight and all the leaves dropped as well. My roses get spider mites every year when the heat comes on. I use water, dish soap, and isopropyl alcohol mixed in a spay bottle. Works for me everytime.
