Tomato Problem? Mosaic or Stress?

So trying to figure out what is going on here. I've never dealt with Mosaic Virus so wondering if that is what I have here- or maybe nutrient burn, deficiency, or some other environmental stress, I've had a bit of blight, as I do every year, Neem seems to manage that for me. This color leaching is new to me, not like what I've seen in my garden before and seems to be affecting my Brandy Boy tomatoes mostly if not exclusively.

I will say- I run my 320sq raised bed square foot garden a bit on the hungry and thirsty side. Especially recently, near fatal crash in family so completely ignored for 2 weeks. I do spray Neem oil every few weeks in the evening to avoid the sun. I used 3 year old composted horse manure and straw this year. I fertilize heavy with granules before planting, and maybe one more time during season. I'll use a liquid 6-4-4 a few times a season (Which I did feed a few days before this issue showed up). And Epsom salts a couple times as well. I will top dress with some compost or worm castings but I don't make a ton. I am battling an alkaline low nitrogen high potash base soil. The past month has been very very very Hot and rainy!!!! I will say that it does not seem to be fungal because the Neem does nothing and I've been managing by cutting affected leaves with sanitized knife like I do with blight and not making a dent. I am having some blossom drop too, but again only on Brandy Boys. Fruit so far does not appear affected. Brandyboys have been a winner for me last couple years so I will be heartbroken if I lose them!

Last photo is of the initial stage then leaf goes completely yellow. They will go from barely to completely yellow in a day or two.

Any thoughts would be helpful, Thanks
