Garden help

I have a variety of problems. I have what locals call 'blow sand' as soil. It is basically beach sand with some dirt in it... :) I have added composted cow poo, pinyon/cedar mulch (the decomped needles under the trees, not chopped up wood), clay soil from around Springerville, AZ, eggshells and goat poo/straw. I have had lots of nutrient deficiencies this year so far... iron, nitrogen, calcium. But these I don't know about.

This is the second year.

First photo is (starting from top left going clockwise)

1&2) KY wonder beans. First pic is of mottles leaves. Second is rusty stuff.

3) Zukes. yellow and dying bottom leaves also a bit of blossom end rot.

4) Lemon cuke. dried and crunchy lower (but not lowest) leaves plus yellow just right around the edges

5) Golden Midget watersmelon. Yellow leaves at the base too.

6) Table king bush squash. Yellow base leaves at the edges, now they are starting to get crunchy as the yellow is going 'up' the leaves.

Second pic Yellow Squash yellow center of base leaves and droopy!
