Sooooo delicate too. Some of my blooms get witty in hot afternoon sun but I bet that improves with age. She seems to be a fast repeater too. Love your sweet bouquet of her. Judy

Just as lovely as I expected her to be. Mine is having trouble putting out blooms as the temps zoom up to 100--but still stuggles heroically to put out more blooms, even if they quickly wilt like prettypetals' do. She's so cute--small rose struggling to outdo the taller, more vigorous older roses around her! I assume by next year she will be nearly as large as they are--and she may end up being the best bloomer in the garden.

And still so exquisitely lovely, as shown in your wonderful pic, Kentucky Rose. And disease-free!

I read an article at HMF on the hybridizer Twomey. He said there are 2 stages in plants. Youth and middle age. The minute they pollinate they are in middle age. And they don't have any disease of consequence until they pollinate. News to me!

Carol, I detect some varying fragrance, subtle at times but nice. Ditto to what Kate said.
