A most buxom Buxom Beauty

So many roses are rolling in now that in desperation my wife put a solo buxom Beauty in a rose bowl 4 or 5 days ago. Typical of BB's, it started out as a large bloom but as it aged, it continued to expand. If this continues, it's going to eat the bowl.

For comparison I put a bottle of wine and a glass next to it.

Here's a shot from directly over. The rose bowl is 7 inches across. I've got an Oklahoma almost ready to cut that I want to try this with.

Wine and roses...big rose! I grow it, too and it does get huge.
