My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    As a builder, I don't go shopping with my clients for furnishings. Good news, I know

    who did. Please contact Andy or Gregory from Sucasa for information on the chairs.

    They were hired to help the homeowner choose furnishings and fixtures therefore

    Sucasa would be the best to contact for this information. Please direct emails to

    ashley@sucasadesign.ca. I have been told that some items were purchased from Restoration Hardware so that may be a great place to start. Thanks from the staff at Clay Construction.
