If you remember who the seller was and you still have a proof of purchase, you should report it to EBay for false advertising. If the colors looks too fake in the picture, chances are it is!

It's not just ebay with fake--and I mean REALLY fake!--colors of plumeria flowers put up by lying sellers, it's also Etsy and other sites where these people actively try to rip off hobbyists. They take photos of other people's plants, even plant pics posted here, and alter the colors and give them made-up names. Shameful!

Stick with the known reputable sellers like dupefl said: Jungle Jack's, Maui Plumeria Gardens, Florida Colors. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I agree. I bought mine mostly at Brad Buds and Blooms as rooted cuttings. I also bought seeds there and that's how I ended up with lots of seedlings.

Well at least there are some honest people on ebay. seller was mauirandomgoods.
