thanks rick, yes i cut the leafs in half so that the stems can get sturdier, i only focus it on the stems so that they can get stronger.

this is her out from the box, then after butchering.

i trim and butcher my plants every-time i receive them from thailand, i dont wait for them acclimatize to my weather...for me its a good time to butcher them since they are already dried up and roots are soft and easier to manipulate.

yep, since they unpot them clean them soaked them with b1 in thailand and dried for a week before shipping and additional week or so to travel, they will just be fine, but for smaller plants when they get here they are already super dehydrated and soft those the one i pot right away,
