Most any brand sells that: it is called a micro/oven. The top oven would be a convection microwave and the lower is a full size oven.

sometimes the top just is a microwave. thats what i have. it replaced a similar 26 year old combo mw/oven which never gave a moment's trouble in it's life.

i have a whirlpool. bad: the oven fan is very noisy. very good: the microwave door opens down, allowing me to slide out a casserole and give it a stir and slide it back in without having to remove it to an adjacent counter.

I agree w/ Patricia Colwell. Before our K reno, we had a Kenmore range by GE. During the time we had it, we went through 3 counter-top u-waves. When we did our reno, we went w/ single wall oven plus wall-mounted convection u-wave b/c of the latter's shorter life expectancy. We went w/ wall-mounted to free up counterspace, a problem we had for years w/ counter-top u-waves. The best place to put it in terms of countertop space was absolutely the least convenient place to use it.

I'm still looking for this. It doesn't exist here in the US as far as i can tell. I really wish it did.
