For years of I have used Royal Wing Black oil sunflower seeds from Tractor Trailer supply in my feeders for the birds and the plants that I would get under the feeder and all over my yard. This year, not one seed germinated.

Obviously, something changed in how these seeds were packaged and it was a relatively new bag of seeds. Any ideas where I can get seeds in bulk that will germinate? Thanks!
