No comments! Doesn't look too bad. Do you get blooms? Do you have a humidity gadget? Where are you? Even inside that makes a difference. Outside the arid westerly wind is blowing and inside today the humidity is 44%.

A bit more info and you might get a bit of fine tuning advice.

I'd water every 4 days or so, but everything else sounds like happy Phal conditions! The older top roots tend to dry up and wrinkle. It's putting out some great roots to replace them; I wouldn't worry.

Did you repot? If so, how long ago?
