Phal check in.

Highs of 80 F. Many hours of bright filtered light. Lower hummidity maybe 30%. Watering every 6 days right now. I'm just wondering if I should be watering more right now? Does it look dehydrated? It is growing new roots. Any tips or thoughts welcome. Thank you.

No comments! Doesn't look too bad. Do you get blooms? Do you have a humidity gadget? Where are you? Even inside that makes a difference. Outside the arid westerly wind is blowing and inside today the humidity is 44%.

A bit more info and you might get a bit of fine tuning advice.

I'd water every 4 days or so, but everything else sounds like happy Phal conditions! The older top roots tend to dry up and wrinkle. It's putting out some great roots to replace them; I wouldn't worry.
