Hi, I have had this orchid for almost two years. The flowers has been gone for a while. I did not cut the flower stem, because it was not dead. Now, there is leaf growing on it. What should I do with it? keep it, cut it?

Also, as you see in the photo, there is white powder on the leaf. I am washing it with water, but keeps coming back. If it is a pest or disease, how can I get rid of it?
