Unique sink, looks like a sea shell. You could play that up with a coastal theme with wide vertical stripes.

I have what looks like a very similar size bathroom. Can't afford full reno just yet so gave it a facelift with small paint job, new mirror ($35 IKEA picture frame that I had a mirror put into) & new vanity lighting. Has made the world of difference & is now bearable until I can renovate!

I love your shell sink! It's very similar to the sink I have in my main bathroom and I love it too! I have the rippled edges and outside of the sink but the sink is smooth on the inside. I would paint the room is something dark, sophisticated, and unexpected for when your guest walk into the room. Here are some suggestions:

Here is a beautiful color that would go with that shell sink! A pretty rug and towels that go with the wall color would be perfect!

You could go all out and paint your bathroom red! They have red tiles on the walls but this would work with red paint too!

Then, there is always the very elegant and dramatic black bathroom!

This bathroom would make a very elegant statement!

Bonjour, I've got an idea for your nice tiny bathroom with a set of 4 canvas in soft grey and white

or...we could go in a completely different direction. Pedestal sinks typically lack storage which is why they look good in a small space until you actually start to use the space then they look cluttered and awkward. I would go for a modern black & white look : remove the pedestal sink and replace with a small vanity ( see below) this one is only 24 inches wide and simple black framed mirror. Lose the toilet hugging rug and replace with a more modern small black & white geometric patterned rug, replace the over the toilet cabinet with a single large black & white photo or colourful painting. Paint the walls either white & choose towels that harmonize with your art or paint the walls a bold colour and use white towels.

You could update the faucet. Also, remove those green carpets...these carpets are never needed. You can also paint the room darker..a navy color or something dramatic like that..The current beige is definitely not wowing:)

My immediate gut level reaction was to suggest using a bold color or a great wallpaper to give the room some pizzazz.

Get rid of the rugs. If you need to over toilet cabinet for storage, paint it to go with your new color scheme rather than having a big blob of white sticking out on the wall.

Maybe sharing some of our bathroom designs will be useful to you here. Notice the vanities and paint color.
