Love your pinks and lavender roses... I agree with Ken I too wish for decent roses this time of year... everything has pretty much shut down except for Double Delight, Jude the Obscure, PAOK ... but currently experiencing chili thrip damage..and my Harlow Carr just fried under the hot sun yesterday.. Wonderful combo in your gorgeous pink-lavender bouquet! Perfect bud on 'Veteran's Honor'. I think the buds on this red are almost the best. Would have to see 'Mr. Lincoln' and them side by side.

Thank you so much! It's been very hot here, I'm surprised my roses are blooming as much as they have been. However, I am looking forward to some beautiful later season blooms, as the temperatures begin to moderate.

Of the varieties pictured here I am most pleased with Beverly, Poseidon, Veteran's Honor, Julia Child, Belinda's Dream and Perfume Delight. Most of my established roses are doing good right now, so I'm pleased.
