I find that often the type 2's get pruned back to the snow line by Ma Nature here, so often I treat them the same way as the type 3's. They bloom a bit earlier than the type 3's, but not as early as the type 2's in warmer areas where they are blooming on the previous season's growth.

My type 2's generally bloom late May to late June, and my earliest type 3' overlap with the later blooms of The President. I have type 3's that bloom on and off into mid-August, and I imagine if I cut them back some after the first blooms I might get some blooming later since when the critters prune them midsummer, I have blooms in September. Ville de Lyon is one of the ones that starts mid to late June for me, and I don't grow the other two on your list.
