Kitchen Remodel, 875 sq ft Townhouse

last modified: 10 years ago

Kitchen is small, roughly 10 x 10, but part of a good open floor plan.

Scraped the popcorn ceilings, replaced the fluorescent fixture with canned lighting, replaced grey tile with saltillo, backsplash is high relief mexican tile. Bottom cabinets are original, top cabinets were custom made. Managed to find the one & only cabinet depth microwave made at the time (remodel was in 2012). I love how it turned out. Storage is tight, but I've since added a Boos chopping block with storage that sits in the middle of the kitchen so that helps with extra storage and counter space.

Wow! What a transformation. I love how you brightened the space and I also love the high upper cabinets. Great job, enjoy.
