Got a little OCD and there's about 15-20 varieties added. Cull out he weak/disease prone and not grand tasting ones as time passes.

I'm pretty happy with the growth. Any suggestions now to ensure the keep grafts healthy? Windy might be a problem. Already lost a few.

To to encourage fruiting Spurs, should I cut side branches of the grafts back to 3-6 leaves or a certain length? I think this will take some of the bulk out of the equation and help with wind. Some grafts have 4' of growth and lots of branching beginning.

I used bark/rhind grafting for most Grafts and nailed/stapled some of the grafts in where they couldn't be secured by tape of some kind (tree limbs bumpy and hard to get a good hold when wrapping) grafts are really growing at the join area and splitting the bark
