My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

"Triple Twilight" ready to open.

This will be the third year for blooms on this one and I am interested to see how she looks this year.

I will post a photo when this year's buds open. Just keeping track of what each year brings w this plant.
