My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The color used on the walls was chosen by Morrissey Saypol Interiors and is Benjamin Moore 1563 "Quiet Moments". The chandelier is a bronze antique from the late 1800's that has been silver plated.

    The age of the silver plating is antique, and the chandelier has been lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The chandelier was wired for electricity by Morrissey Saypol Interiors as previously it only held candles.

    Mr. Crisp, that is an interesting set of closet doors. If the home owner wouldn't mind you saying, what is the purpose for these closets in the dining room. Thanks.

    These closets were existing in the older part of the house and are used for storage (napkins, tablecloths, etc). There is another set of closets flanking the other side of the opening and we thought they were too charming to remove.
