Your description indicates that this item only weighs 1 lb. rather light for such an expensive item. I have seen this same item in other websites and the weight says 5 lbs. I would prefer to purchase from Houzz because you have more colors available. I do need 2, so I am spending a sizable amount on something I will need clarification on, please verify weight.
