I have what I believe to be a healthy fiddle leaf fig which seems very happy in its location. It had a major growth spurt this year and the top of the plant is now touching the ceiling and looking a little leggy. If I had another sunny spot I would be tempted to move the tree and let it stretch out but we have limited spots with sufficient light.

Looking for advice on pruning. I love the look of the more tree-form single stem figs but am guessing that I am probably starting with the wrong plant for that? In the absence of that, just want to maintain a healthy, full plant that can stay happy and appropriately sized in this location. I live in Oregon and its late July. Thoughts on the best plan to keep the plant happy?
