whats wrong with the tile? Can you get a very large area rug for you seating section? (btw, it looks kind of 'squished'. can you move your pieces out a bit?)

I can go up to 9 x 12 and yes I can move the pieces out a bit

I like your colors. I think a rug with the same colors, along w/a lighter background, and a nice pattern, would really look good with what you have. I would also put a mirror behind your display cabinet. Something size appropriate and in the silver family.
