Fuzzy Roots?

I have 4 cuttings I ordered from Poland currently rooting. 2x Celata, 1x Erythrostemma, and 1x West Timor. This is the first time I've used the zip lock bag method to hold in humidity, and it's been roughly 1 week since I potted them and all have roots! It ususally takes at least 3 weeks without ZL BAG here in dry CO. However, my excitement was short lived as I realized the roots are fuzzy. Should unbaget them and let them dry out a little? I'll attach a picture of celata since it's roots are right at the soil line. Also, they're these little tiny larvae looking things in the soil as well. I'm thinking baby fungus gnats...

Advice would be great! Thank you
