My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is called the Poppy lantern, but we did it in a custom two-toned finish (polished nickel and zinc).

    Question on size of lanterns: my kitchen table is 44"wide and 70" long. 9' ceiling in kitchen. opens into an adjacent family room w vaulted 2 story ceiling. transitional large kitchen. What is the maximum size of lantern that I should hang over the table. I like the slanted shape of your urban electric lanterns. Lantern sizing doesn't seem to follow the usual rules on sizing.
