You can cut off that dead spike and maybe even some of the dried-up crown, pot it up sideways in some moss/bark mix (at this stage, I'd suggest mostly moss), and see if that keiki leaf might grow upward, but my guess is that it's a goner. If it's not, you're at least 4 years from flowers.
