My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sorry you couldn't access www.RuthLivingston.com thru Houzz. I just tested it & it worked for me...If you are a designer, you can register in the To the Trade section & receive the Designer Net Price list pdf.

    Our furniture is custom made to order in the SF Bay Area in any size and many finishes. The table above is our Woven Steel Dining Table (Solid Steel Base & a 3/4" glass top). As shown, the base measures 30" Dia x 28.25" H & the glass is 54" Dia.

    Finish: Oxidized (other finishes available, incl. Powder Coating for Outdoors).

    Retail Price: $5,825. Our Price; $4,951 (glass top is additional. As shown: $1,785
