Are they short of water?

First photo does show aphids, which will cause plants to wilt, however, the chard in both photos does appear that it would benefit from a good soaking. A strong spray to the infested leaves from a hose would go a long way toward solving both problems.

Would that my chard had only aphids. My crop of leaves is riddled with grasshopper holes! :-)
