Growing under Lights

Growing pepper under this light?

So I made a 2 ft x 2 ft x 2ft grow tent for my peppers (which will be trained, pruned, and topped to make them more space efficient space), and was just wondering if this light fixture and bulbs would be good enough.

Total watts from bulbs: 144

Is this okay? If need be I can bump up to a 8 bulb, but if this is efficient, I'd rather go with this as I don't have too much money to spare. Thanks!

If your grow tent is reflective, the bulbs and fixtures are okay but 2' height might not be enough. I have no experience pruning pepper plants because I never needed to.
