Ok yes I see my question now really wasn't clear. I will post pictures and rephrase :)

I assume you are painting over existing cabinets. Even so the style of the cabinets and the style of the trim will dictate what colors look right with it.

If however you haven't even bought cabinets yet then you are making selections in the opposite order that makes sense. In this case look for the help of a professional kitchen designer because placing color selections above design and style selections usually creates a strange and expensive kitchen.
