My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Short and sweet

It's that time of year again, the yard front and back alive with swooping, chasing, buzzing, little explosions up, down and around everywhere, so fast you can't really see what they are but a hummer was there right before so that must be it.

Feeders in constant use, even sometimes now two on a feeder at once. I wish it could last forever, but it's only for a month or so.

Faithfully kept four feeders clean and filled since the first of May just for this. And yes, it's worth it :)
