My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi - can you tell me what kind of flooring (and stain if it was stained or treated in some way) and what the cabinet wood/stain is? I like this variance and trying to figure out how you accomplished it!

    Hi Thanks! Would love your suggestions of what cabinet wood/stain would give us a nice contrast with white oak like this. Our counters will also be white, with no upper cupboards - lots of windows. We need cabinets that will stand the test of time and lots of wear and tear - so want to go lighter (not white) - but dark enough to have a good contrast with a floor like above. Thanks for any thoughts! Its hard to tell what things are when you find a picture you like!
